During my recent stay at Hotel e Restaurante Champagne, located approximately 133 km from the nearest airport, I was eager to explore their culinary offerings. I began my evening with a delightfully intricate seafood starter, showcasing elements inspired by the region's rich marine life - a particular treat for a marine biologist such as myself. The main course featured an innovative twist on traditional Scandinavian flavors, seamlessly blending local seafood with contemporary techniques. As I savored each bite, I was reminded of my time in Scandinavia, where fresh ingredients and sustainability play a pivotal role in dining. The restaurant also offers enticing options for breakfast, which I found to be well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Exploring nearby eateries like Churrascaria Por and Restaurante Alvorada added variety to my culinary journey, but my experience at Champagne stood out.
